Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase to request a return. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to these returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Due to additional shipping & handling fees, we are unable to perform product exchanges. If you ordered an incorrect item and need to change to another product, we do require that you go through the standard returns process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 7-10 days for the return processing after the return has been received to us.
